I have been having “trouble” with my right hearing aide for months. I will put both aides in the charger at the same time and the right one would need charging long before the left one. I took them in for a scheduled cleaning today and told an employee about this problem. She looked up my warranty and it’s still in effect. Since True Value hearing is a “third party” service beyond the manufacturer, I’m hoping and praying that my expensive set of hearing aides will be made whole again, without charge. Prayers, please and thank you.
